• Palm rests are designed to raise your palms and keep your wrists in a neutral (straight) position.
• A keyboard palm rest is pictured above.
• An adjustable keyboard platform is also helpful in keeping your wrists in a neutral position.
• If you use a wrist/palm rest, it should not be used while actually keying but in between periods of keying.
• The keyboard palm rest pictured above is approximately 0.5 inches high.
