If you are a first time user, please fax a copy of the tax exemption certificate to 480-776-8618.

To access your account's Web site, click on the drop-down menu and select your account name. You'll reach a page asking for your customer number and login information. Please enter the customer number listed beside your account name in the drop down. If you are a new user, make sure you choose the "New Users Click Here" link to the right of the account number window. Your username should be your work e-mail address, and you may choose a password at your discretion. If you are a returning user, simply enter your customer information to access the Web site.
