• The UK Employee Purchase Programme is available to IBM and Lenovo full time employees, permanent IBM or Lenovo part time employees, contractors, temporary employees, employees on sabbatical, employees on maternity/paternity leave, employees of IBM subsidiaries, assignees in or out, sandwich students, and IBM retirees. in mainland England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
  IBM/Lenovo employees' friends and families must use the First Name, Surname, and Serial No. of the eligible IBM or Lenovo employee to purchase.
  
  
• Equipment cannot be purchased
  - by or on behalf of commercial entities (for profit, hire, remarketing or resale).
  - for use in a manner likely to conflict with IBM/Lenovo's business interests.
  
  
• Delivery to an IBM/Lenovo location or business address will not be undertaken in any circumstances. You will be advised of applicable delivery charges when you verify your order. Out of area deliveries may be subject to a delivery charge greater than the standard charge.
  
  
• Most products are in stock and ready for delivery. In all cases, delivery times will be confirmed by telephone.
  
  
• Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card and Personal Cheque.
  
  
• Lenovo reserves the right to refuse an employee order if an excess of equipment, has been / is being ordered, against any one employee serial number.
