Who should take this course?
Designed for IT administrators and personnel implementing Rescue and Recovery, this course provides a good base knowledge to those promoting the use of Rescue and Recovery version 4.1. Upon completion of this course, participants will also be prepared to complete the Rescue and Recovery Specialist Online Qualification exam (TZT316).

User-level skills for network environments and architecture
Completion of the Web-based course Introduction to ThinkVantage Technologies: Migration and Uptime (TXW116)
Completion of the E-Classroom course Supporting Rescue and Recovery (TXE216) is also recommended
Deploy Rescue and Recovery (including customized rollout)
