What are the benefits of this course?
This course presents the installation and configuration of Rescue and Recovery. Students will understand how to backup and restore in Windows and using the PreDesktop Area of RnR.

Users, IT/Support personnel, and anyone wanting an introduction to installation and configuration of Rescue and Recovery. Students will gain a thorough understanding of the steps involved with backup and recovery of user data.

What are the course, skills, or knowledge prerequisites?
(Students must meet the prerequisites in order to fully achieve the course learning objectives.)
User-level skill with Windows Vista operating system. User-level skill with saving and deleting files on the Windows platform.

What skills or knowledge will be gained? Exit skill level
Understanding of the Installation and configuration process for Rescue and Recovery.

Understanding of the backup and restore process.

Knowledge of excluding files and single instance features of RnR.
