What are the benefits of this course?
Students who take this course will learn how to use and support Access Connections, Rescue and Recovery, ThinkVantage System Update, and Lenovo Care, which are all applications that are customized for and uniquely configured on the Lenovo 3000 family of products. They will learn to provide technical support and repair or restore all of the mentioned applications.

Who should take this course?
Lenovo employees who need a technical understanding of the Lenovo 3000 software suite, including Lenovo Care, and Lenovo Business Partners who will be providing technical support on these software tools.

What are the course, skills, or knowledge prerequisites?
(Students must meet the prerequisites in order to fully achieve the course learning objectives.)
  • Basic Windows support skills
  • Moderate desktop PC troubleshooting and repair experience

    Describe the functions and features of Access Connections, Rescue and Recovery, ThinkVantage System Update, and Lenovo Care

    Support users in the performance of day-to-day usage of Access Connections, Rescue and Recovery, ThinkVantage System Update, and Lenovo Care

    Use the Lenovo Care tools in order to troubleshoot network connectivity, resolve backup and restoration issues, and update applications and drivers

    Troubleshoot and repair Lenovo Care software suite issues on the Lenvo 3000 line of computers
