What is new in this Version?
This updated course details the use of the latest versions of Rescue and Recovery and also the latest version of System Migration Assistant (SMA)
Details on using and implementing Antidote Delivery Manager have also been added to the course.

This course is designed for the deskside and deployment IT professional who is looking for ways to streamline data migration and system backup, as well as automate end-user support.
Who should take this course?
This course should be taken by IT administrators and personnel who are interested in implementing Rescue and Recovery and System Migration Assistant. By providing considerable hands-on experience, this course also offers a good base knowledge to individuals who will be promoting the use of Rescue and Recovery version 3.0, as well as SMA version 5.0
What are the course, skills, or knowledge prerequisites?

Administrative-level skills for Windows 2000 and Windows XP operating systems
User-level skills for network environments and architecture
Completion of the Web-based course Introduction to ThinkVantage Technologies: Migration and Uptime (TXW16)
Use Rescue and Recovery to protect computer data
