What is new in this Version?
This version has been updated to ImageUltra Builder 3.0 and includes training on integrating Symantec Ghost. The course exercises have been re-written to include basic through advanced uses of ImageUltra Builder.
What are the benefits of this course?
Students will learn how to use ImageUltra Builder to create, maintain, and deploy ImageUltra-enabled images. ImageUltra helps reduce the costs related to imaging and deployment processes by greatly reducing the number of unique images a company must create, maintain, and deploy.
Who should take this course?
Any IT professional involved in deploying (rolling out) ThinkCentre and ThinkPad systems or in creating and maintaining the images loaded on those systems should take this course.
What are the course, skills, or knowledge prerequisites?
(Students must meet the prerequisites in order to fully achieve the course learning objectives.)
Students should have a working knowledge of deployment tools such as Microsoft Sysprep, Norton Ghost, or PowerQuest DeployCenter.
