Students will learn how to use Remote Deployment Manager (RDM), System Migration Assistant (SMA), and Software Delivery Assistant (SDA) in a network environment.

Who should take this course?
Any technical support person involved in the sale, installation, deployment, configuration, or support of client products in a network environment should take this course.

What are the course, skills, or knowledge prerequisites?
(Students must meet the prerequisites in order to fully achieve the course learning objectives.)
  • Strong Windows skills, as well as an MCP or equivalent experience
  • System rollout experience would also be beneficial
