This training is videotaped on release-level product. It replaces the pre-release Lenovo Training Solutions Service & Support Training CD-ROM. This training is made available on http://www.lenovoservicetraining.com and an ISO image of the DVD format is available at this location for download.

All service providers who provide authorized warranty service on Lenovo ThinkStation products should take this course. Support Center technicians may also benefit from this course.
