What are the benefits of this course?
The student will acquire the skills necessary to provide authorized warranty service on ThinkCentre desktop systems. Technicians taking this course as part of the warranty authorization process will be required to successfully complete the associated online test. The information presented in this course is applicable to all ThinkCentre systems; however, we use the A51p M/T 8422 as the demonstration model.
Who should take this course?
Completion of this basic course is required for all service providers who provide authorized warranty service on ThinkCentre desktop systems. Technicians for other vendors may also benefit from this course.
