Update your employee profile
If you are a Business Partner employee, you can update your information including skills, address, phone, interest areas, etc. |

Forgot your password?
Simply enter your email address and submit to be sent your password ready to use.
We can send your user id to you via email. Just call and ask. |

Change your password
If you need to change your password, you can do so. Begin using your new password immediately. |

Update your company profile
Only External Business Administrator (EBAs) can update company information - this includes company name changes, address changes, etc. |

Add a new employee to a company membership
As an External Business Administrator, you can add new employees to your companys membership so they can access benefits.
Alternatively you may invite employee's to self register by providing them with your company name and encoded number which you may find within your profile by selecting Manage my Colleagues. Please direct new employees to the Lenovo Business Partner portal for more information on obtaining their user ID and password. You can provide them with the company-unique encoded number which you can find in the Manage my colleagues section of your company's Profile information. Once an employee requests self-association, you can review and approve their request. If you need help, you can Contact Lenovo Partner Network. |

Manage Locations
As an External Business Administrator (EBA), you many edit your site details including your DBA name, address, phone number etc. You may also add a new company location. |
