(Note the following approach covers the majority of users, however, there are some sections of our Web site which require additional approvals or separate user IDs. In general we show how to obtain these additional approvals on the section of the Web site which requires it. )
- Is your company an authorized Lenovo Solution Partner-Reseller?
If yes, skip to the next question.
Your company must be registered with Lenovo Partner Network in
order for you to sign in. If your company does not have Lenovo Partner Network membership take a moment to join
now - it's quick and there is no charge!
- Are you personally profiled as a member of Lenovo Partner Network?
If yes, skip to the next question.
If your company is already an authorized Lenovo Solution Partner-Reseller, your company will also be a member of Lenovo Partner Network. Check that your user ID is associated correctly with your company's profile. Associating your ID with your company enables you to see the resources your company is entitled to. If you have not done so already, start by creating your user ID and password. To associate your user ID with your company, you will require the company encoded number from your company's External Business Administrator. If you do not know who your company's administrator is, Contact Lenovo Partner Network to get help identifying them
- Did you enter your user ID and password correctly?
If yes, please Contact Lenovo Partner Network to help troubleshoot
the problem.
If your company is a Lenovo Business Partner and your user
ID is associated with your company correctly, you may have
simply entered your user ID incorrectly. Please try entering
your ID and password once more. User IDs and passwords are
case sensitive.
