Lenovo Contract Change Forms

A Lenovo Solution Partner needs to keep Lenovo advised of any change made to their company profile, so that Lenovo will be able to provide the highest level of support necessary and maintain the very highest level of Solution Partner satisfaction with Lenovo. Examples of such changes are a change of address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, key contact name, a change in ownership or a legal name change. Please select the type of change of which you wish to advise Lenovo, and complete the appropriate form and submit to Lenovo for review.
