Lenovo Registered Dealer Technology Access Program (TAP)

This program offers all Lenovo Registered Dealers the opportunity to purchase eligible Lenovo 3000 products at aggressive discounts from the published Lenovo web price for internal business use, demonstration or development purposes.

To purchase your Lenovo Technology Access Program products – simply contact your preferred Lenovo Authorized Distributor.

Products acquired under this program cannot be resold for a minimum of 3 months after date of purchase. Program Participants can purchase a maximum of 1 system unit and /or 1 monitor per Distributor per quarter during the March 1st, 2007 – March 31, 2008 timeframe. Registered Dealers can expect discounts of 20% or more off announced web prices for eligible products. Contact your preferred Distributor for specific discount details.

* ThinkPlus Accessories are only eligible for Technology Access Pricing provided they are ordered concurrent with a system unit. These products will not be discounted if ordered independently or on separate transactions from the system orders. Lenovo Projectors are excluded from this condition and can be purchased independent of a system, however they are limited to the same quantities as systems – 1 per distributor per quarter.

Products purchased under this program are not eligible for any returns or price protection privileges that otherwise apply to Registered Dealers purchased products for resale.

Program Participants can purchase a maximum of 1 system unit, 1 monitor, and 1 projector per Distributor per quarter within the March 1st , 2007 – March 31, 2008 timeframe. Lenovo Trial Partners and Lenovo Authorized Partners are not eligible to participate in this program. ThinkPlus Accessories are only eligible for Technology Access Pricing provided they are ordered concurrent with a system unit. These products will not be discounted if ordered independently or on separate transactions from the system orders.

Lenovo Projectors can be purchased independent of a system, however they are limited to the same quantities as systems – 1 per distributor per quarter.

Program Participant may only purchase quantity one of a part number of ThinkPlus Accessories per system. The number of different accessories attached is not limited. Exceptions may be made if brought forward to the brand team. Warranty upgrades and configuration services are not considered an option, and are not eligible for TAP pricing. These products cannot be resold for a minimum of 3 months from the date of purchase from Lenovo. When resold, Registered Dealers must clearly indicate to the buyer that these products have been previously used within the Registered Dealers’ operations.

Offer available in Canada only. Offer cannot be combined with any other programs or special pricing from Lenovo. Products purchased under this program are only for Lenovo Registered Dealer personnel, for use in the business operation of the Registered Dealer. Products cannot be purchased by Registered Dealer under this program in order to perform the business activities of their end-user customers.

Lenovo will not support any provision or process for Registered Dealers to draw from their resale inventory on hand and claim-back adjustments or rebates to compensate for the difference between the Technology Access Program prices and their regular prices for resale products.

Lenovo reserves the right to change this program at any time during the program period and to audit at any time during and after this program.
