Please read the Lenovo Partner Network Agreement for Resellers carefully, as it provides a comprehensive description of the responsibilities of a Solution Partner. Acceptance of the Lenovo Partner Agreement by the reseller and Lenovo Canada is required to become a Lenovo Solution Partner.

Either of us may terminate the Agreement, with or without cause, on one (1) months’ written notice.
