Please read the Lenovo Business Partner Agreement for Resellers carefully, as it provides a comprehensive description of the responsibilities of a Business Partner. Acceptance of the Lenovo Reseller Business Partner Agreement by the Business Partner and Lenovo Canada is required to become a Lenovo Reseller.

Either of us may terminate the Agreement, with or without cause, on 3 months’ written notice.
