With Installation ServicePacs, IBMs trained IT specialists will install new hardware at your location. It is a cost-effective and efficient alternative to end-user installation and migration from old equipment to new.
Asset Tag Services
These services allow a printed label, or asset tag, to be affixed to the customer's hardware to provide a means for customers to track and manage their IT assets. Asset tag information might include Machine Type Model (MTM), Serial Number, End of Lease (EOL) data, Identification Number and Bar Code, Customer Logo, MAC Address, etc. IBM can print and affix standard and enhanced asset tags in manufacturing, prior to delivery.
