This feature automatically detects your computer's machine type and model numbers to help you find the information you need as quickly as possible. This information will not be stored by Lenovo. No other information will be sent, and all transactions are made over a secure connection.

NOTE: For these features to work, you must accept the plugin that will be automatically downloaded the first time you use them. This plugin presents no security threat and will not be used to collect any information about your computer other than your machine type and model. This feature is currently only supported with the Microsoft Internet Explorer Web browser.
