International Credit Cards:
American Express (ship to address must be in Canada, and be listed as an alternate address in your card profile)
Business Purchase Order:
At checkout, you can select Purchase Order as a payment option. You will need to type in your Customer Number and P.O. number in the space provided on the checkout page, then fax your signed PO. (fax # for Canada is 1-877-411-1329)
